Black Brass Olde Victorian Rim Lock with Teak Polished Nickel Beehive Door Knobs
This Olde Victorian black and brass rim lock is supplied with teak beehive door knobs and polished nickel backplates, creating a refined yet traditional door furniture set that suits period homes and character interiors.
Faithful to Victorian-era design, this flanged rim lock features ornate detailing inspired by original 19th-century hardware. Widely used throughout the Victorian period and later revived during the 1920s and 1930s, this style was commonly fitted to Pitch Pine doors and remains a popular choice for restoration projects.

Door Knobs
The beehive door knobs are crafted from genuine teak wood, valued for its strength, stability, and warm natural grain. Teak is a durable hardwood that performs well in everyday use while adding a natural, high-quality finish to your doors.
The reeded backplates are manufactured from solid brass and finished in polished nickel, offering a clean, contemporary contrast to the traditional teak knobs. This combination works particularly well in period properties where a subtle modern touch is desired.
The knobs are unsprung for smooth operation and are supplied with removable backplates, allowing them to be used with rim locks or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular latch. All fixing screws and a 110mm threaded spindle are included.
