Recently purchased a set of small polished brass cottage door knobs to replace existing old broken/damaged knobs of same style and dimensions to an existing rim lock. Have also previously purchased a black Victorian rim lock and polished brass cottage door knobs as replacement to old/broken items fitted to an existing refurbished internal pine door. I ordered 10No. Pewter finished door handles pairs of which I was contacted soon after advising that only 9No. were in stock. I was provided an option to wait for the extra stock to arrive and receive all 10No. together or receive a refund for the tenth pair and be advised once it was back in stock and receive 9No. immediately. I took this option and received all 9No. door handle pairs along with three bathroom thumb turns. All are excellent quality, well packed and overall a great service with good communication throughout the order. Great company and will use again.
