Black Brass Olde Victorian Rim Lock with Teak Polished Chrome Beehive Door Knobs
This Olde Victorian black and brass rim lock is supplied with teak beehive door knobs and polished chrome backplates, creating a striking blend of traditional character and crisp modern detail. It is an ideal choice for period properties, renovations, and character interiors.
Designed in keeping with original Victorian-era hardware, this flanged rim lock features ornate detailing that reflects 19th-century craftsmanship. Door Knobs
The beehive door knobs are made from genuine teak wood, chosen for its durability, stability, and rich natural grain. Teak offers a warm, high-quality finish that works beautifully in both traditional and transitional interiors.
The reeded backplates are manufactured from solid brass and finished in polished chrome, providing a clean, reflective contrast to the natural teak. This pairing brings a subtle contemporary edge while still respecting the classic proportions of Victorian door furniture.
The knobs are unsprung for smooth operation and are supplied with removable backplates, allowing them to be used with rim locks or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular latch. All fixing screws and a 110mm threaded spindle are included.
