Black Brass Olde Victorian Rim Lock with Teak Polished Brass Bun Door Knobs
This Olde Victorian black and brass rim lock is supplied with teak bun door knobs and polished brass backplates, creating a warm and traditional door furniture set ideal for period and character properties.
Inspired by original Victorian hardware, this flanged rim lock features classic detailing that reflects the design ethos of the era. First used during the Victorian period, this style became especially popular again during the 1920s and 1930s and was commonly fitted to traditional Pitch Pine doors.

Door Knobs
The round bun door knobs are crafted from genuine teak wood, chosen for its durability, stability, and rich natural grain. The smooth bun shape provides a comfortable grip while maintaining a subtle and timeless appearance.
The solid brass backplates are finished in unlacquered polished brass, allowing them to age naturally over time and develop a unique patina. This warm brass finish pairs beautifully with the teak wood, making the set particularly well suited to traditional interiors.
The door knobs are unsprung for smooth operation and are supplied with removable backplates, allowing them to be used with rim locks or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular latch. All fixing screws, a 110mm threaded spindle, and an Allen key are included.
