This Pewter Cast Iron Regency Rim Lock is supplied with a pair of solid brass reeded door knobs, finished in polished nickel. A refined and practical set, well suited to period properties, traditional interiors, and sympathetic restoration projects.

The rim lock is manufactured from solid cast iron with a hand-aged pewter finish, combining traditional appearance with dependable strength. Designed as a dual-handed thumbnail rim latch, it can be fitted to both left and right hung doors, although the latch itself is not reversible.

With a 50mm spindle to door edge measurement, the lock offers smooth operation and comfortable use. An emergency release is built into the lock, making it suitable for bathroom doors where privacy and safety are required. A matching keep and fixing screws are supplied.

The solid brass reeded door knobs are finished in polished nickel, offering a crisp, classic look that complements both traditional and transitional interiors. The knobs are supplied with a 7x7mm threaded spindle, removable backplates, an allen key, and all required fixing screws.

Please note: when paired with this knob set, the size of the backplates prevents the emergency release function from being used.
