These hammered cottage door knobs are manufactured from unlacquered solid brass and finished in polished brass, allowing the surface to naturally age and develop character over time. The hammered texture adds visual interest and provides a comfortable tactile grip.

Both backplates are removable, allowing the knobs to be used either as rim knobs with rim locks or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular mortice latch. Supplied with a threaded spindle and all necessary fixing screws for straightforward installation.
