These hammered cottage door knobs are manufactured from unlacquered solid brass and finished in aged brass, allowing the surface to develop a natural patina over time. The hammered texture adds visual character while providing a tactile grip.

Both backplates are removable, allowing the knobs to be used either as rim knobs with rim locks or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular mortice latch. Supplied with a threaded spindle and all necessary fixing screws for straightforward installation.
