Design and Craftsmanship
Each Davenport rim lock is hand finished to produce an authentic, naturally aged patina that deepens over time, adding unique texture and warmth to every piece. Forged from solid brass, it feels substantial and luxurious, reflecting quality craftsmanship and heritage inspired design. The unlacquered surface allows the brass to age gracefully, developing a rich, characterful finish.
The accompanying pewter cottage door knobs are designed for comfort and versatility. With a classic round shape and smooth operation, they can be used as mortice knobs with a tubular mortice latch or as rim knobs with a rim lock. The removable spindle collar offers flexibility across a range of door types.
