This Pewter Cast Iron Regency Rim Lock is supplied with a pair of true ebony wooden beehive door knobs, complete with polished chrome fixings. A striking combination that blends traditional materials with a crisp, modern metal finish.

The rim lock is manufactured from solid cast iron and finished in a hand-aged pewter. It is a dual-handed thumbnail rim latch, suitable for both left and right hung doors. Please note that the latch itself is not reversible.

Designed with practicality in mind, the lock features a 50mm spindle-to-door-edge measurement for smooth and reliable operation. An integrated emergency release allows access from outside the room, making this lock suitable for bathroom and WC doors. Each lock is hand finished and supplied with a matching keep and all required fixing screws.

The beehive door knobs are crafted from genuine ebony wood, valued for its deep colour, density, and durability. The classic beehive profile provides a tactile grip and strong visual detail. Solid brass backplates finished in polished chrome create a bright contrast against the dark timber and complement both period and transitional interiors.

Please note: when paired with this knob set, the backplates are too large to allow use of the emergency release function.
