These beehive door knobs are made from ebonised wood, offering the appearance of ebony at a more accessible price point. The classic beehive profile provides a comfortable grip while maintaining a strong traditional look.
The reeded backplates are manufactured from solid unlacquered brass with a polished finish. Over time, the brass will naturally develop a patina, adding depth and character. Supplied with a threaded spindle and fixing screws, the unsprung knobs can be used with rim locks or paired with a suitable tubular mortice latch. The removable backplates allow for flexible installation across different door types.
