Black Brass Flanged Rim Lock with Ebony Polished Brass Bun Door Knobs
This black brass flanged rim lock is supplied with genuine ebony round bun door knobs and solid brass reeded backplates finished in unlacquered polished brass. The deep, natural richness of true ebony wood pairs beautifully with the warm tones of polished brass, creating a refined and timeless look suited to period and traditional interiors.
The rim lock is surface mounted and key operated, making it ideal for bedrooms, bathrooms, timber doors, cottage doors, sheds, gates, and greenhouses where privacy and dependable security are required. Supplied complete with two keys and all necessary fixing screws.
Please note: the latch is fully reversible and can be adjusted by hand, allowing the lock to be fitted to both left and right-hand opening doors.

The round bun door knobs are crafted from true ebony wood, offering a depth of colour and quality that cannot be replicated by ebonised alternatives. Their smooth profile provides a comfortable grip while maintaining a clean and understated appearance.
The solid brass reeded backplates are finished in unlacquered polished brass, allowing them to naturally age and develop a unique patina over time. Both backplates are removable, giving you the flexibility to use these knobs as rim knobs with this lock or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular mortice latch.
