Black Brass Flanged Rim Lock with Ebonised Polished Brass Bun Door Knobs
This black brass flanged rim lock is supplied with ebonised round bun door knobs and solid brass reeded backplates finished in polished brass. The deep, dark tones of the ebonised wood contrast beautifully with the warm brass finish, creating a refined and timeless look suited to period and traditional interiors.
The surface-mounted rim lock is key operated and ideal for bedrooms, bathrooms, timber doors, cottage doors, sheds, gates, and greenhouses. Supplied complete with two keys and all fixing screws, it provides reliable privacy with straightforward installation.
Please note: the latch is fully reversible and can be adjusted by hand, allowing the lock to be fitted to both left and right-hand opening doors.

Door Knobs
The round bun door knobs are made from high-quality ebonised wood, offering the appearance of ebony at a more accessible price. Their smooth, rounded shape provides a comfortable grip while maintaining a clean, understated profile.
The reeded backplates are manufactured from solid unlacquered brass with a polished finish, allowing them to age naturally over time. Both backplates are removable, enabling the knobs to be used either as rim knobs with this lock or as mortice knobs when paired with a suitable tubular mortice latch.
